1:1 Adult Front Crawl Coaching
Do you struggle with breathing when you do the front crawl or maybe you get tired after a length or two? Front crawl isn't just one of the most popular swim techniques (stroke) but is incredibly useful for long distance, competitive swimming.
I specialise in adult front crawl lessons, as many swimmers struggle to perfect the technique. With more than 10 years of coaching experience and 100+ swimmer sessions under my belt, you're in good hands.
Personalised Adult Swim Lessons Tailored To Your Goals
Every swimmer is different, so I'll adapt the class to suit your goals and needs. The class will be tailored to suit your learning preferences, whether that's visual, auditory or kinesthetic. Ultimately, I help swimmers understand not just what to do, but why it works.
During the lessons, you won't just learn stroke correction. Most lessons will include a good balance of coaching, demonstrations, drills, positive reinforcement and constant feedback. The aim is to help you overcome any difficulties you may be experiencing and make you a more efficient, confident and happy swimmer.
