Where does pool2lake coach?
Pool2lake are passionate about offering swimmers professional coaching in the pool to correct any stroke faults, increase fitness and be part of a great team of swimmers. So when the time comes you will have a positive transition to the open water.
Training in the pool helps with your open water development.
Pool squad sessions are held at:
Hatfield Leisure Centre: Monday 7-8.00am
Harpenden: Tuesday 9.00am - Intermediate / advanced swimmers
Harpenden: INTRO SQUAD Tuesday 9.45am
Luton Inspire: Tuesday 12.15 -1.15pm
Luton Inspire: Wednesday 6.15am
St Albans, Townsend school: Wednesday 7.30pm - maximum 12 swimmers
St Albans, Townsend School: Wednesday 8.30pm
