POOL SWIMMING COURSES
The pool sessions are hugely beneficial in helping you prepare for the start of the open water season whether you’re a newbie or an experienced swimmer. Learning how to have an efficient front crawl takes time, patience and dedication which starts in the pool. There is no quick fix. You have to get in the pool weekly, swim hard in a structured session to reap the rewards.
Training in a group offers you motivation and the camaraderie boosts you to keep moving.
The weekly structured workout will give you a good foundation to build strength and allow the open water techniques to become second nature. Having a coach, you are held accountable for turning up and making sure you give 100% every week.
The group sessions are definitely great fun as well as your support structure when you move outdoors.
