The 6 week training plan will allow you to go to the pool with structure and focus. Over the 6 weeks you should aim to swim 3 times a week. The training plan includes 6 interval, endurance and technquie workouts to help you.

 

Over the 6 weeks you will definitley feel yourself get fitter and stronger. Rememeber you are not alone, I am supporting you all the way.
