What do I get in the training plan?
- 10 weeks of endurance, technique & interval workouts. The plan is available for beginners swimming 10 lengths, intermediate & advanced swimmers
- Videos of the drills can be sent to you so you can see how they should be done correctly to help with your stroke correction.
Why should you follow this specific training plan?
I care about your swimming and want you to do well. I have thought long and hard to make sure I can offer you that personal touch, so you don’t feel alone. I want to be there to celebrate your successes but also be there to make sure you are making progress and motivated along the way.
To make improvements you need a plan and focus every time you arrive at the pool to swim, to help increase fitness and improve technique.
How many lengths per sessions?
The intermediate workouts range from 64 to 80 lengths

What eqquipment do I need?
You need a pair of short blade fins, pull buoy and resistant paddles
Brands: Swimz fins, Swimz paddles
Have the workouts been tested?
Yes, I have personally swam every workout in the plan. I used the workouts for my training to swim 33.3km in Montenegro.
