Service Description
Who is up for an open water challenge? It’s an ideal opportunity to measure yourself to see how far you have come, also to put your training to the test and accomplish a distance you may not have thought possible. How it works? - Decide what distance you would like to achieve. - Book your swim space via the link. I will be there to cheer you along on the paddle board and to watch over you. The event will be taking place at Denham which offers a 1km swim circuit. 10km swims will be toes in the main lake at 6.00am and finishing the last 15 minutes in the lido section of the lake. There are no mass starts, no event pressure. It's your swim! Choose your swim distance. I have badges for the distances below which you can earn - Bronze 2km - Silver 5km - Gold 10km Rules!!! 1. Swim with a wetsuit or skins (no wetsuit) 2. Your chosen swim distance must be completed in one swim. 3. Swim any stroke. 4. No time restrictions but the swim must be completed between 6am - 10am Cost: £33.00 - including the £8 lake entry Great training for feeding practice if doing longer swims. Please provide your own drinks and snacks Heads up: The change rooms and toilets will not be open at 6am when we arrive. Everything will be open from 7.30am.

Booking Terms and Conditions 1. All group pool classes are pre-booked and paid for in advance as part of a half term block (in line with the local school term timetable). No missed classes/unused sessions can be carried over to the next term, unless it is due to medical reasons. However, clients are welcome to make up their missed class in another suitable class, subject to the instructors prior approval and having space within the class 2. Our open water classes & getaways all require some flexibility due to weather, so we might have to make changes. We will ensure the changes have minimal impact and we will inform you as soon as possible. 2. If a refund is done, it will be subject to a 5% charge (with a minimum of £1). 3. For any pre-booked pool or open water swim session that you fail to attend, you will be charged the full session amount. 4. We regret if there is insufficient demand for the trip / course or the minimum number is not met we have the right to cancel it. If we do have to cancel, we will tell you as soon as possible and you will receive a full refund. 5. If pool2lake has to cancel any pool, open water or swimrun classes, you will receive a full refund or the fee will be transferred to another date. 6. HARPENDEN TUESDAY 9am SQUAD: We are unable to give refunds or transfers.
