How it works
- You have the entire month of January 2026 to complete the challenge.
- Take on 10 lengths of kicking in one go, repeated 10 times (total = 100 lengths).
- Kick on your back, front, or side, mix it up!
- Fin free for the smug kickers and use fins if you need extra help.
- Remember NO arms, it’s a pure kick challenge!
- Do a 250m time trial at the start and end of January to track your progress. Beat your time!!!
