Kick Challenge January 2026

Celebrate Pool2lake’s 10 year anniversary with a powerful kickstart to your swimming year:

10 sets × 10 lengths = 100 lengths of pure kicking!

This is a great way to boost improve your sinky legs, build fitness, and begin 2026 with purpose. No more drag!!!

 

Why take on the Kick Challenge?

How it works

  • You have the entire month of January 2026 to complete the challenge.
  • Take on 10 lengths of kicking in one go, repeated 10 times (total = 100 lengths).
  • Kick on your back, front, or side, mix it up!
  • Fin free for the smug kickers and use fins if you need extra help.
  • Remember NO arms, it’s a pure kick challenge!
  • Do a 250m time trial at the start and end of January to track your progress. Beat your time!!!
